We will also have information on the 2018 Beginning and Advanced Beekeeping workshops taught by the UNL Bee Lab as well as upcoming meetings and build days. If you know someone who is interested in getting into beekeeping, feel free to invite them.  All of our meetings are open to the public!

Guest speakers for the Beneficial Insect Symposium include Dr. Marla Spivak, University of Minnesota, Dr. Jon Lundgren, Director of ECDYSIS Foundation and CEO for Blue Dasher Farm, and Dr. Judy Wu-Smart, Assistant Professor of Entomology, UNL.

Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations are now being accepted. The deadline for submission is March 17. We highly encourage undergraduate and graduate students to attend and present their research.
